Very original and early WW2 Luftwaffe Hanhart chronograph, cal.40 with pointer bezel

Watch has been completely stripped down to every  individual part and cleaned / rebuilt / lubricated

Serial number 101227.

While the later watches had the movement number visible on the movement, with these very early Hanhart watches the number is engraved on the movement underneath the dial 

New mainspring fitted

Hands are re-lumed in antique colour lume. 

Dial lume has faded to a very pleasing overall patina

Case and case plating in very good condition.

Plating has worn down to the brass on most of the rear cover.

Original plexi-glass fitted

Lovely brown leather riveted strap fitted. I have these straps hand made in Germany and they are excellent quality
